Seasonal Camping

If you're tired of the weekly setup and teardown, a seasonal campsite is the perfect way to relax more and pack less. Enjoy the entire camping season — mid - April through mid - October — with your own dedicated site and full access to all resort amenities.

Upper Iowa Resort is located near Dorchester, Iowa, along the scenic Upper Iowa River, where you can float the river, fish nearby trout streams, or simply unwind in one of the most beautiful valleys in the state. Our beach and sand-bottom pool, playgrounds, sand volleyball, and basketball court make it a fun getaway for all ages.

What’s Included

Water, electric, and septic
Mowing and trimming
Fire ring at each site
Access to fiber-optic Wi-Fi (turn on Wi-Fi calling to stay connected)
Full use of resort amenities: pool, river access, playgrounds, sand volleyball, basketball court, and trout streams nearby

Season runs mid - April through mid - October, with optional winter storage.

📶 Note: There is no cell service in the valley. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campground, though it may be spotty during busy times when lots of guests are connected.

Seasonal sites: $2,500–$3,000 per season
